Padel at Cloud 11: Pad Thai Padel's next Bangkok club

Pad Thai Padel is opening its second Bangkok club at Cloud 11, the new creative district in South Sukhumvit, in November 2026. It is the club's first expansion in the city since Rama 4 opened, and it follows the launch of Pad Thai Padel Canggu in Bali this summer.

This guide covers what Cloud 11 is, what Pad Thai Padel has announced so far, what remains to be confirmed, and how the new club fits with Rama 4, the academy and the weekly events. Cloud 11 is a mixed-use development by MQDC on Sukhumvit Road between Punnawithi and Udomsuk, on a site of 27 rai. MQDC describes it as a creative landmark meant to turn South Sukhumvit into Asia's next hub for innovation and the creative economy, with an investment of over 20 billion baht and more than 250,000 square metres of space. It officially opened to the public on 16 July 2026.

The development is organised around what MQDC calls eleven passion engines: food, fashion, film, music, dance, art, sports and wellness, gaming, content creation, festivals and urban parks. In practical terms that means production studios, offices and workspace, retail, theCOMMONS Cloud 11 with over 40 food and beverage outlets, an independent cinema, and what MQDC bills as Bangkok's largest sky park, described by Friday Bangkok as a green space of 17,000 square metres. Two hotels, a YOTEL and a Marriott International property, are part of the plan.

The club announced the new location on 10 July 2026: "Pad Thai Padel lands at Cloud 11, the heart of Asia's creative capital, South Sukhumvit. Premium courts, wellness, and a community built to connect: a curated space where the game is only the beginning." A follow-up post described it as opening soon inside Bangkok's largest creative ecosystem.

That wording tells you the shape of the club even before the floor plan does. Like Rama 4, it will combine courts with a wellness offer and a community programme, rather than being courts alone. Sports and wellness is one of Cloud 11's eleven passion engines, so a padel club sits naturally inside the development rather than beside it.

The opening is planned for November 2026. Two things are still to be confirmed and we will not guess at them: the number of courts and whether they are indoor or outdoor, and the exact address and entrance within Cloud 11. Opening hours and court prices have also not been published.

What we can say is that the club will run on the same systems as Rama 4. Bookings will go through The Padel Society app and Setpoint, events will appear on the events page, and the level scale that organises every Americano and league at Rama 4 will apply from day one. Anyone already rated in the app will be able to play at their level at Cloud 11 without starting over.

There is nothing to sign up for. The court count, address, opening hours and first bookings will be published on the Cloud 11 page, on Instagram and in The Padel Society app, and opening events will be announced there first.

Rama 4 is the original: Bangkok's first premium padel club, with two indoor courts and one outdoor court, a retro tennis-club design, a bar with fresh salads, pressed sandwiches, craft beers and natural wines, and yoga and ice baths on site. It has built one of the biggest padel communities in the city. Cloud 11 will be a second home for that community rather than a separate one, with the same app, the same ratings and the same events calendar.

For players it means more court availability in the evenings, which are the busiest period at Rama 4, and a second location for the part of the city south along Sukhumvit. For the club it means a base inside a development built around sports, wellness and creative life, which is the same combination Pad Thai Padel has been describing as a padel and lifestyle hub since it started.

The Pad Thai Padel Academy is led by head coach Jose Mouliaa, a former professional who reached number 69 on Premier Padel, alongside Eli Estrada, Carlota Estrada, who joins in September 2026. Adrian Ronco, the academy's pro player, competes on the Premier Padel circuit. The academy's monthly plans and credit packs are priced for Rama 4 today; how coaching will be scheduled across the two sites will be confirmed closer to opening.

The events side is where the second club changes the most. Rama 4 already runs Americanos, Mexicanos, King of the Khlong, guided Americanos with a coach, First Time Padel sessions and level assessments every week, plus the Pad Thai Padel Championship league and the Community Cup. Which of these move to or are duplicated at Cloud 11 is to be confirmed, but the intent stated in the announcement, a community built to connect, is the same programme that fills the Rama 4 calendar.
