Academy Bangkok: questions players ask

Which package should I start with?

Essential gives you four 90-minute group sessions a month and is the usual starting point. Growth adds two individual lessons and video analysis. If you would rather not commit monthly, the Starter Pack bundles 8 group and 2 individual sessions valid for 3 months.

How much does the academy cost in Bangkok?

Monthly plans are 4,500 THB (Essential), 9,500 THB (Growth) and 14,500 THB (Performance). Credit packs are 12,500 THB (Starter) and 32,000 THB (Pro), valid for 3 months. Individual lessons are 2,000 THB per session.

What is tournament support?

On Growth and Performance, your coach helps you compete, not only train. They plan which tournaments suit your level and help you find a partner if you need one, and the individual lessons and video analysis already in your package are used to prepare and review your matches. It does not include entry fees, extra sessions or a coach travelling to the event.

Do I need my own racket?

No. Rackets and balls are available at the club for every academy session, so you only need court shoes and sportswear.

What level do I need to join?

Every level is welcome. Groups are formed by level on The Padel Society scale, from complete beginners (1.0) to advanced players (3.5+).

Where do sessions take place?

At Pad Thai Padel Rama 4, 3249 Rama IV Rd, Khlong Toei, Bangkok. The club has 3 courts (2 indoor, 1 outdoor) and is open 08:00 to 23:00 daily.

Academy Bali: questions players ask

How much is a padel lesson in Bali?

A 1-hour lesson for 1 or 2 players is IDR 1,700,000 and a 90-minute lesson is IDR 2,400,000. Packages of 4 hours (IDR 6,200,000) and 8 hours (IDR 12,200,000) are available. All prices include tax.

What is included in a lesson?

Court, balls, racket, water refill and wellness access are included in every lesson and package.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Lessons are priced for 1 or 2 players; each additional player is IDR 300,000 per hour or IDR 400,000 per 90 minutes.

Which level group should I join?

Groups follow The Padel Society scale: Iron 1.0–1.79, Bronze 1.8–2.49, Silver 2.5–3.49 and Gold 3.5–4.49. If you are new, start with Iron; a coach will confirm your level after your first session.

How do I book a coaching session?

Book through The Padel Society app under Coaching, message the Bali admin on WhatsApp from this page, or ask at reception at Pad Thai Padel Canggu.
