Who Pad Thai Padel plays with: NOX, Dunlop, Open Rally and friends

A padel club is more than its courts. The racket you demo, the ball you serve, the app that finds you a fourth player at your level and the system that takes your booking all come from somewhere, and who a club chooses to work with says a lot about how it wants you to play.

This guide walks through the partners behind Pad Thai Padel, from equipment and tournament technology to booking, community and lifestyle, and explains what each one means for a player who turns up at Rama 4 or Canggu on an ordinary evening.

In June 2026 the club announced its partnership with NOX at the first Pad Thai Padel NOX Challenger: "Our first Pad Thai Padel Nox Challenger, and the start of a new journey. Proud to announce our partnership with NOX." Since then the phrase "the heart of the club, powered by NOX" has followed the Bangkok club around, and the academy now describes itself as "Pad Thai Padel Academy, on circuit. Powered by NOX."

NOX is a racket sports brand that makes equipment and apparel for padel, beach tennis and pickleball. Its padel range spans the Luxury, Pro and Court series along with shoes and bags, and the brand sponsors professional players including Agustín Tapia. Its slogan is "Makes you Improve".

For a player, the partnership means the academy's coaches are playing and teaching with NOX, and that NOX is the brand the club has chosen to stand behind when you are ready to move on from a rental. The first NOX Challenger was also "powered by Purra", the drinks partner the club thanked at the event.

"Pad Thai Padel Championship plays Dunlop." The Pad Thai Padel Championship is the amateur league run at the Bangkok club on The Padel Society, and after three seasons it returns for Season 4 in September 2026 with ten weeks of competition, four men's divisions (Iron, Bronze, Silver and Gold), two women's divisions (Bronze and Silver), match days on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, 90-minute matches and seven matches guaranteed. Dunlop's Pro Padel ball is FIP approved, with a padel-specific core and a synthetic cloth built for durability, and is sold in three-ball cans and in cases for clubs and tournaments. If you are preparing for the league, practising with the same ball you will meet on match day is a small advantage worth taking.

Open Rally is the club's tournament engine partner, the system behind draws, scoring and standings when the event is bigger than a single Americano. Two of the club's regular competitions run on it. DEUCE Competition Night by Open Rally is a weekly fixture in the Bangkok event feed, and the Community Cup, organised with The Padel Society and Open Rally, returns for its second edition on Sunday 13 September 2026 at Pad Thai Padel.

The Community Cup format shows what the engine makes possible: six communities, squads at every level from Iron to Gold, level playing level, a Draft Day with two captains per community, a 72-hour trade window, and Men's, Women's and Mixed matches. For a player, Open Rally means live results and standings on your phone rather than a whiteboard by the bar.

Setpoint is the booking and management platform behind both clubs. The level scale is what makes open matches work. Iron covers 1.0 to 1.79, Bronze 1.8 to 2.49, Silver 2.5 to 3.49 and Gold 3.5 to 4.49, and the app matches players by level so a Bronze player is not fed to a Gold pair. The Pad Thai Padel community is one of the largest in the app, and events run across the network every week. Both the Championship and the Community Cup are built on it.

The club describes itself as a premium padel and lifestyle hub, and the lifestyle side has its own roster. Alo brought yoga onto the court at Rama 4, a session covered elsewhere in the guides. Innisfree, Garmin, Proove, Food Delite, Tyler Juice, SS, Stretch and Fab Figure also appear among the club's partners, and Carve House ran Thailand's first on-court Lagree session there in March 2026.

On the press side, Time Out Bangkok listed the club in September 2024, and Lifestyle Asia and The Standard Life feature among the publications on the site. For a player none of this changes the price of a court, but it does explain why an evening at the club tends to involve more than padel: a juice at the bar, a yoga class, a recovery session, and a community that stretches beyond the four people on court.
