Meet the coaches of Pad Thai Padel Academy

Good coaching is what turns a club into an academy. At Pad Thai Padel, the coaching team is made up of former professional players and circuit coaches who have competed and coached at the top of the sport, and who now run the academies in Bangkok and Bali. The academy's tagline sums up what they teach: technique, tactics, mindset and match play.

This guide introduces each coach, where they teach and how to book with them. The teams differ from city to city, but both academies run the same method, the same session structure and the same level framework, so what you learn on one court carries straight over to the other.

Jose Mouliaa leads the academy at the Rama 4 club. He is a former professional player who reached number 69 on Premier Padel and number 76 on the World Padel Tour, and a three-time P1000 champion. His playing career included main draws at the Qatar, Paris and Rome Majors as well as the Madrid and Mendoza P1 events, and he was ranked in the top five in Switzerland.

Off the court he holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and has spent more than twenty years developing beginners, competitive juniors and professionals. That range matters: the Bangkok academy takes players from their first session through to the Championship divisions, and Jose has coached at every one of those stages.

Eli Estrada coaches in Bangkok alongside Jose. She is an APPT Grand Slam winner in the female professional category, a title she took in Pattaya, Thailand, and she was the number one female player in Catalonia, Spain, at under-16 level. In Bangkok she has also won the Tatler event.

Eli is a strong choice for players who want a competitive female role model on court, and the academy introduces her simply as the coach who is "here to help you improve your game". She works across group sessions and individual lessons at the Rama 4 club.

The Bangkok academy adds a new coach in September 2026. Carlota Estrada begins on Thursday 3 September, arriving with two titles won in Thailand this year and a career built on the international circuit. The academy has invited players to be among the first to train with her.

If you already train in Bangkok, ask at reception or in The Padel Society app which of her sessions match your level. New players can start with any of the academy's monthly plans or credit packs and request her by name.

Zeus Sanchez is head coach at Pad Thai Padel Canggu and a professional circuit coach. He is a two-time A1 Padel champion as a coach, winning in New York in 2024 with Tito and Tolito and in Cordoba in 2025 with Martin Abud and Solano, and he competed as a player at A1 Padel Buenos Aires in 2022.

His specialism is developing competitive juniors and professional players, and the academy describes him as "more than a coach, a mentor". In Bali he covers one-on-one lessons, group coaching and circuit preparation for players who want to compete.

Miguel Gonzalez is both a coach in Bali and an active professional who competes for the academy. A Spanish left-side player born in Melilla, he reached number 84 on Premier Padel in 2024 and a career-high number 25 on A1 Padel in 2026. He was ranked number one in Madrid in 2023 and won the APPT Grand Slam at Pad Thai Padel in Bangkok in 2026.

His FIP profile listed him at number 181 in the world ranking as of 31 August 2026, with a best ranking of 84. That current experience of the tour shows in his coaching: he teaches the game as it is played on the professional circuit today, alongside individual and group sessions at the Canggu academy.

Adrian Ronco is not a coach, but he is part of the academy story. He is a PTP Academy pro player who competes for Pad Thai Padel on the Premier Padel circuit, was ranked number 109 on Premier Padel in 2024, won in Madrid in 2023 and took the APPT Grand Slam in Bangkok in 2026.

In 2026 the academy also congratulated him on becoming FIP champion in Astorga, Spain. Having an academy pro player on the circuit is a reminder of where the academy method leads, and the academy follows his results as part of its own story.

Booking works differently in each city, because the academies price their coaching differently.

• Bangkok: the Bangkok academy runs monthly plans built around four 90-minute group sessions, with individual lessons and video analysis on the Growth and Performance tiers. Individual lessons are also available on their own at 2,000 baht per session, and credit packs are valid for three months. Book through The Padel Society app or the club's online checkout.
• Bali: the Bali academy prices lessons by the hour, starting at 1,700,000 rupiah per hour for one or two players, with 90-minute lessons and four-hour and eight-hour packages available. Every lesson includes court, balls, racket, water refill and wellness access. Book in the Coaching section of The Padel Society app or at reception.
